Performance Training is a brain child of two experienced professionals with over 3 decades of experience between them. Established with the sole purpose of spreading what they’ve learnt over the years to others to help them achieve more profound lifestyles, Keith Mclaughlin and Gina Smith have helped Performance Training come a long way in establishing its credentials and building substantial client bases.


Being associated with fitness for over 20 years, Keith has accumulated vast amounts of experience and
skills in resistance building, cardiovascular and flexibility training. His arsenal of abilities expands much
further than that however, with various accreditations and courses that have allowed him to master the
arenas of golf and sport specific fitness training, weight loss and rehabilitation. Additionally having
served for seven years as a National Fitness Presenter, Keith has made quite a name and career for

Keith’s massive armada of experience allows him to be able to alter the traditional and pre-defined diet
plans, exercise regimes and fitness trainings in order to suit individual requirements perfectly. This
tailoring of services is quite beneficial because every person differs in a variety of things from another
for example, gender, age, body mass index and muscle content etc., all play very important roles in
ascertaining the optimum routine for each person.

with more than 10,000 other participants, numerous fitness and exercise training courses from the
National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Titleist Performance Institute certification for golf fitness

That is exactly where our experienced trainer Gina Smith steps in. In most cases exercise means quite a
lot more than just getting up for a morning jog. There needs to be a certain professional touch in order
to determine a routine that can get you in the most perfect of shapes without compromising on any of
the other body functions.

Gina has been a certified personal trainer since 2002 but has been associated with the fitness industry
for over 30 years. With a vast range of certifications in cycle boot camp, wilderness leadership, TRX and
cycling, she has been changing lives for an enormous clientele with her innovative techniques and
immaculate attention to detail. Her beliefs and philosophy about the important of fitness allow her to
motivate individuals to an incredible extent and generating great outcomes in the process.
